像屉 用户协议 / 软件许可协议(EULA)
1. 授权范围
- 购买后你获得一份永久、个人使用的非独占许可,可在许可对应的设备数量内激活使用:标准版 2 台、家庭版 5 台、团队版 10 台(macOS 与 Windows 可任意组合;以购买页标注为准)。
- 许可仅限本人及同住家庭成员的设备使用;不得将激活名额出售、出租或以「拼车 / 合租」等形式向他人有偿提供。违反本条的,开发者有权撤销相应许可。
- 团队版 10 台:面向团队 / 组织,同一激活码可激活至多 10 台设备,仅限该团队 / 组织成员的设备使用。
- 许可为买断制:一次付费,永久使用,享受持续更新。
- 促销价(如限时早鸟价)仅影响购买价格,对应的许可权益与常规价完全一致;促销活动的期限与价格以购买页当时的标注为准。
- 软件本身的著作权与一切知识产权归开发者所有,购买的是使用许可,而非软件所有权。
2. 试用
像屉提供 7 天全功能免费试用,无需账号、无需绑卡。试用到期后,部分高级功能需激活后继续使用;你的本地数据不会被删除,激活后即恢复。
3. 激活、换机与解绑
- 激活码与你的设备绑定。一个激活码可在许可允许的台数内激活(标准版 2 台 / 家庭版 5 台 / 团队版 10 台)。
- 自助解绑:换电脑时,可在软件的激活窗口对旧设备自助解绑,释放的名额可供新设备激活。为防止名额被滥用轮换,每张激活码每 90 天仅可自助解绑 1 次;超出频次或遇到特殊情况(设备损坏、重装系统等),请发邮件至 support@snipocket.com 由客服协助处理。
- 被解绑的设备将在下次在线校验时恢复为未激活状态。
- 请勿将激活码公开分享或转售;开发者可对存在明显滥用特征(如短期内多地区高频激活/解绑)的激活码进行核查,必要时暂停或撤销许可。
4. 购买与退款
购买通过第三方渠道完成(海外 Lemon Squeezy,国内授权代理商),退款适用相应渠道的退款政策。由于已提供充分的免费试用,请在购买前完成评估。
5. 使用限制
你不得:对软件进行逆向工程、反编译、破解或绕过许可校验;伪造、批量生成或倒卖激活码;移除软件中的版权标识;将软件用于非法用途。
6. 隐私
像屉纯本地运行,不上传你的截图/录像/文字内容。详见隐私政策。
7. 免责声明与责任限制
软件按「现状」与「现有」提供,在法律允许的最大范围内不作任何明示或默示担保。在任何情况下,因使用或无法使用本软件造成的任何间接、偶然或后果性损失,开发者所承担的责任不超过你为该软件实际支付的金额。请妥善备份重要数据。
8. 协议变更
我们可能不时更新本协议,更新后会在本页公布。继续使用即视为接受更新后的条款。
9. 经营主体与联系
本软件由上海浦东新区周浦镇空格软件开发工作室(下称「开发者」)开发与运营。联系邮箱:support@snipocket.com,也可通过官网反馈入口联系我们。
10. 适用法律与争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国大陆地区法律(不含冲突法规则)。因本协议产生的或与之相关的争议,双方应先友好协商;协商不成的,任何一方可提交开发者经营者所在地(上海市浦东新区)有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
Terms / EULA (English summary)
By purchasing or using Snipocket you agree to these terms. Please evaluate with the 7-day full-feature free trial first. Purchase grants a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive license (one-time payment, ongoing updates) for use on the number of devices stated on the purchase page — Standard: 2 devices, Family: 5 devices (any mix of macOS and Windows), for you and your household only; selling or renting activation slots (including "license pooling") is prohibited. All intellectual property in the software remains the developer's. Activation keys are device-bound; to switch computers you may self-unbind an old device from the in-app activation window once per code every 90 days (contact support for exceptional cases such as hardware failure). An unbound device returns to the unactivated state at its next online check. Promotional prices (e.g. limited early-bird pricing) affect only the price paid, not the license rights. Purchases are processed by third parties (Lemon Squeezy / an authorized reseller) under their refund policies. You may not reverse-engineer, crack, bypass licensing, or forge/resell keys; the developer may review and suspend licenses showing clear abuse patterns. The software is provided "as is" without warranty; the developer's liability is limited to the amount you paid. Keep backups of important data. See the Privacy Policy for data handling.
